To truly understand the dynamics of US politics today, it is necessary to have been reading this website for the last few years. We have consistently pointed out that a new Class has emerged and we have identified the constituent parts of it. We call this new Class the ‘Media Class’ and we have tracked its birth and growth from the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, that crucial time when TV established its presence in every home and began to provide 24 hours a day programming.
