In our article of 2nd March I mentioned the just-reported death of 32 year old Kristian Digby, a broadcaster for the UK’s BBC. The BBC report suggested that his death was not a homicide and made much of the fact that he was an open homosexual and a campaigner. The next day, a report in the UK’s Sun newspaper alleged that Mr. Digby’s death was due to autoerotic asphyxia.
This reminded me of a death I heard about back in the late 1970’s. My brother-in-law at that time was a musician who played in pop music bands. He was also driven by a need for sex, mostly with married women. Richie, my brother-in-law, was definitely heterosexual and married with several children and a tolerant wife. Although he played pop music, Richie was an avid jazz fan and it was this, rather than being related by marriage, that led to our frequent contact. One day he called around in a state of shock to tell me that the bass player in his band (who I only knew by sight) had just been found dead in his own apartment, apparently as a result of suicide. Gary, the deceased, was separated from his wife. Richie said it appeared that Gary had committed suicide, yet he and Gary had finished playing a gig that night and had together called at a food take-away before parting. Gary had seemed anything but suicidal. A few days later, Richie learned from Gary’s wife, that Gary had been found hanging naked, with the food remains close by. Subsequently, Richie was told that the cause of Gary’s tragic death was autoerotic asphyxia. Since neither of us had ever heard of this condition I contacted a doctor friend and he told me that such deaths were not that rare and that they were accidental. Partial strangulation, he said, created an erection and heightened orgasmic experience. Although Richie and I were both in our early 40’s at this time and men of the world, we were both shocked. Gary was almost certainly heterosexual and had never revealed to Richie, who was a very close friend and sharer of sexual exploits, his indulgence in this dangerous and bizarre practice. Subsequently, and more informed, I noted the deaths of several public figures (including a Conservative Party MP and an American actor) from this cause over the years.
Mr.Digby’s death reminded me of Gary’s death and set me wondering. How did Gary know about this sexual deviancy? This was years before the Internet and it was not something he was willing to discuss with his closest friend even though sex was one of their main topics of discussion. As far as I am aware, autoerotic asphyxia is not a topic that normal guys discuss over a beer, even now in a more permissive era. I suspect that at that time it was something that was a very private and shameful. How Gary learned of it remains a mystery. For the purpose of this article I did an Internet search. The words ‘Autoerotic Asphyxia’ took me immediately to homosexual websites where it is discussed freely and unashamedly along with many other bizarre sexual practices. The graphics surrounding these websites are wholly pornographic. Wikipedia also has information though without the graphics. Homosexuals it seems frantically explore every possible activity in the search for sexual satisfaction. Nothing is too bizarre, too dangerous, too disgusting, too humiliating or too de-personalizing to rule out. The arrival of graphic homosexual websites – presumably they are numerous – means that anyone these days with a computer can quickly know everything there is to know. We will never know how Gary learned of this dangerous practice of autoerotic asphyxia, but today’s searchers for perversion have no such problem. I have no doubt that Obama’s Education Czar for safe sex for children will soon be informing the Nation’s kids on how to safely half-hang themselves (and become a ‘gasper’) and how they have a right to learn more of such things on the Internet, in spite of their parents’ misgivings and inhibitions. One Website report suggests that between 250 and 1000 American ‘gaspers’ die each year so clearly there is an emerging ‘need’ for school training!
I recommend our website visitors to read Michael Wood’s March 4th article on the BNP website. Only here have I learned of a report by the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance for the Council of Europe that strongly recommends that the BNP be dissolved by the British Government. This European Quango says that the BNP’s success is “intolerable”. I have no doubt that this report will be read with great enthusiasm by the UK’s Labour, Conservative, LibDem and Green Party leaders and that they will be discussing how they can best apply the recommendation, though I think there is too little time before the next elections. A General Election must be held before the summer and opinion polls suggest that the Conservative Party’s lead over Labour has dwindled to 2%. This would suggest a ‘hung’ Parliament and the need for a coalition government. The BNP is taking both Labour and Conservative votes and the election of one or more BNP MP’s might mean that the much-persecuted Party would have enhanced power. One thing we can be sure of and that is that the Media Class will do all it can to ensure that the general public knows nothing of the many attempts to shackle the BNP.
Meanwhile in Holland, the Freedom Party (PVV) led by Geert Wilders, has gained some seats in local elections, suggesting that this anti-Islamist, anti-immigration Party is gaining ground just before a General Election. As soon as that election is over, Wilders will be taken to Court for his expressed opinions. All across Europe free speech and political liberty are being extinguished under the guise of advancing ‘Human Rights’. Most significant is that the European Media, once regarded as a defender of free speech, is in the forefront of suppressing real news and orchestrating the political correctness that enables dissenters to be silenced. Since the same is absolutely true in the USA, Americans should take note.
Tucked away in the US news is a trial currently taking place in Chicago involving two men who set fire to an apartment in order to claim fire insurance. Since the men claim that they did not intend to kill any occupants it is likely that they will get away with a manslaughter conviction. Seven residents, all from one family including two children, died in the blaze and two firemen were injured. It has always been the view of Radical and Right that arson should be a capital offence. This case is yet another good argument for the death penalty for arsonists. When someone shoots several people it is always headline news and accompanied by calls for gun confiscation, yet arson-caused deaths never lead to demands for the death penalty. It is about time this changed. Capital punishment should be extended not ended!
Here in California the temperature remains way below normal for this time of year.
